Who we are
This site and the matching service described below are operated by SEV Services, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Vendepot," "we," "us," or "our"). Vendepot is a free matching service that connects businesses and properties with vetted local vending and micro-market operators. We are not a vending operator ourselves — we don't manufacture, own, install, stock, or service any equipment. That work is performed by the independent local operating partner matched to your location, under a separate service arrangement between you and that partner.
Requesting service
There is no cost or obligation to submit a request through this site. Submitting a request does not create a contract with Vendepot for equipment or vending services — it authorizes us to share your submitted information with a matched local operating partner so they can contact you directly. Any agreement for equipment, installation, or ongoing service is between you and that local partner, not with Vendepot.
No guarantee of a match
We work to match every request with a vetted local partner, but coverage varies by market and industry, and we can't guarantee a match is available for every location at the time you submit a request.
Our vetting, and its limits
We vet the local operating partners in our network before they're allowed to join, and we track service quality over time. We do not guarantee the performance of any individual partner, and we are not a party to the service agreement you enter into with them.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to submit false information, to submit requests on behalf of a location or business you're not authorized to represent, or to interfere with the normal operation of the site (including automated scraping or bulk form submissions).
Limitation of liability
The site and matching service are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Vendepot isn't liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of any local operating partner, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or a resulting service arrangement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this address.
