Who we are
Vendepot is operated by SEV Services, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Vendepot," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a matching service, not a vending operator — we are not the company that installs, stocks, or services the equipment at your location. When you submit a request through this site, we pass your information to a vetted local operating partner in your market so they can contact you and schedule a site visit.
Information we collect
When you submit a service request or contact form, we collect what you provide directly: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, property type, approximate headcount or foot traffic, and what you're interested in (vending format, industry, etc.). We don't collect payment information — there's never a cost to submit a request.
Like most websites, we also collect standard technical information automatically (browser type, pages visited, general location inferred from IP address) through basic site analytics, used only to understand how the site is used and to keep it working correctly.
How we use it
- To match your request with a vetted local operating partner and share your submission with them so they can contact you and schedule a site visit.
- To follow up with you about your request if needed.
- To monitor service quality across our network of local partners over time.
Who we share it with
We share the information in your request with the specific local operating partner matched to your location — that's the core of how the service works, and submitting a request means you're consenting to that. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain request information for as long as needed to complete the match and support your account with your local partner, and for a reasonable period after in case of a service issue. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
