Who we are
Vendepot is operated by SEV Services, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Vendepot," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a matching service, not a vending operator — we are not the company that installs, stocks, or services the equipment at your location. When you submit a request through this site, we pass your information to a vetted local operating partner in your market so they can contact you and schedule a site visit. The service is free for businesses; we are paid by operators, as described under "How Vendepot is paid" below.
Information we collect
When you submit a service request or contact form, we collect what you provide directly: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, property type, approximate headcount or foot traffic, and what you're interested in (vending format, industry, etc.). If you complete the optional location profile, we also collect the details you add there, such as your street address, schedule, where equipment could go, your current vendor, and any photos you upload. We don't collect payment information from businesses — there's never a cost to submit a request.
Vending operators who apply to join our network provide company, contact, service-area, equipment, insurance, and reference information. Operators who buy a request pay through our payment processor, Stripe; we don't store their card details.
Like most websites, we also collect standard technical information automatically (browser type, pages visited, general location inferred from IP address) through site analytics. If you arrive from one of our ads, we also record the ad click identifier and campaign tags from the link (such as a Google or Microsoft click ID and UTM tags) with your request.
How we use it
- To match your request with a vetted local operating partner and share your submission with them so they can contact you and schedule a site visit.
- To send you a link to complete your location profile, and a reminder if it isn't finished. If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we may send those by text message; reply STOP to opt out.
- To follow up with you about your request if needed.
- To monitor service quality across our network of local partners over time.
Who we share it with
Sharing your request with local operators is the core of how the service works, and submitting a request means you're consenting to it. It happens in two steps:
- A summary, without your name or contact details. We may send a summary of your request to approved operators that serve your area and offer the equipment you asked for: facility type, city and ZIP code, approximate headcount, schedule, and similar details. It does not include your business name, your name, your email, your phone number, or your street address.
- Your full request, to the operator who takes it. Your contact details and full request go only to the operator that accepts it (for some larger requests, up to three operators, so you can compare proposals). That operator then contacts you directly.
We also use service providers that process information on our behalf to run the service, such as email, text messaging, database, hosting, and payment providers. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to measure how the site and our ads perform. When a request that came from an ad is completed or matched, we report that outcome to the ad platform (Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising) using the ad click identifier only; we do not send your name, email, phone number, or address. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.
How Vendepot is paid
Submitting a request is free, and you never pay Vendepot anything. Operators pay Vendepot a fee to receive a request in their area. The first request we send a newly approved operator may be free. The fee is for the introduction only. We don't receive a share of any equipment, product sales, or service agreement you make with the operator, and you are free to decline any operator who contacts you.
How long we keep it
We retain request information for as long as needed to complete the match and support your account with your local partner, and for a reasonable period after in case of a service issue. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
